Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring 2+ years of PACU experience and Epic proficiency in a hospital setting.

Details

• Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in an acute hospital setting
• Phase II recovery patient population
• Day shift, 12-hour shifts: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• 36 hours per week
• On-call required: Monday–Friday, 3–4 overnight shifts (11 PM–7 AM) per 6-week schedule
• Weekend on-call required: 2–12 hour shifts (day or night) per 6-week schedule
• Holiday on-call required: 1 twelve-hour holiday call shift
• No floating required
• EMR: Epic (experience required)

Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of PACU experience, including Phase II recovery
• Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed count) required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• 1 professional reference required for consideration
