American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Step-Down Unit position at a Level II Trauma and Stroke Center in St. Joseph, MO, requiring night shift availability and active RN licensure.

Details

• Step-Down Unit within a 352-bed acute care hospital
• Level II Trauma Center and Level II Stroke Center facility
• Only tertiary hospital between Kansas City and Omaha, serving a broad regional patient population
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Charting performed in Epic
• Free parking on site
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MO RN license or Compact RN license required (pending license acceptable, but must be in hand prior to start)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of Step-Down or relevant RN experience required
• BSN preferred
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Local candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility are accepted at a reduced rate
• BSN is preferred but not required
