American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for an outpatient setting, requiring ultrasound experience alongside mammography and a minimum of 1 year of Epic EMR experience.

Details

• Outpatient mammography setting
• Procedures include 3D mammography, diagnostic mammography, digital mammography, and screening mammography
• GE equipment used
• Epic EMR with a minimum of 1 year of experience required
• 4x10 hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Floating to other units and/or campuses within the health system may be required based on census needs; float assignments will be within demonstrated competencies only

Requirements

• ARRT (Mammography) and current BLS certifications required
• Ultrasound experience required in addition to mammography experience
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Must have completed 40-hour initial mammography training, 8-hour digital training, and 8-hour tomosynthesis training
• Must have 15 mammography CEUs within the last 3 years
• Must have 200 current mammography studies within the last 2 years
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Driver's license and Social Security Number required for consideration
• License required if applicable
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from all Prisma Health facilities to be eligible for this travel assignment

• Black scrubs required
• This is a day shift position; the standard 100-mile radius rule applies (Exception 2 covering Mammography Tech is not applicable here — the general 100-mile rule from all Prisma facilities governs eligibility)
