Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract working 3x12-hour day shifts on weekends, with at least 1.5 years of experience and ARRT(MR) certification required.

Details

• Outpatient MRI setting with exposure to a Level III trauma emergency department
• Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM (3x12-hour day shifts)
• On-call required per unit needs
• Charting performed in Epic
• Experience with GE 1.5T MRI scanner required
• General MRI protocols including prostate and breast imaging

Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5 years of MRI technologist experience
• ARRT(MR) and AHA BLS required
• Experience with GE 1.5T MRI scanner
• Knowledge of general MRI protocols including prostate and breast imaging
• Must be able to work independently for 12-hour weekend shifts
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• No floating to sister facilities or within the unit outside of clinical scope
• Up to 10 RTO days are permitted; RTO is not allowed during the following blackout periods: May 21–27, June 28–July 9, September 2–12, and October 25–November 4
• Candidates living within 75 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to a different pay structure
