American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Medical ICU (MICU) night shift position in Tuscaloosa, AL, requiring a minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience and an active AL or compact RN license with no license hits.

Details

• Night shift position in a Medical ICU (MICU) setting
• Shift hours are 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required — no pending or temporary licenses accepted, and no past or current hits on license
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year of recent MICU or ICU experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Two professional references from within the last year required for consideration
• Current driver's license required for consideration
• Full SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Meditech EMR is used at this facility; prior experience is not required
• All ICU RNs are required to complete an on-site skills test in addition to an online pre-test prior to starting
• No HealthStream modules required prior to start — competency-based modules are completed during virtual orientation

• Timekeeping is managed through Centricity
