Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray Tech) with 2+ years of experience, ARRT certification, and the ability to perform OR cases with a C-arm for a 13-week travel contract.

Details

• Works across ED, inpatient, and outpatient radiology settings
• 4x10 hour day shifts, Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Minimum of 1–2 twelve-hour on-call shifts per month with a 1-hour response time required
• Holidays are worked into the schedule on a rotating basis
• EMR system is Epic (Radiant module) and Visage PACS; Epic experience preferred
• Equipment includes Fuji and Philips imaging systems

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of X-Ray Technologist experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA only) and ARRT certification required
• Virginia (VA) state license required if applicable
• Must be proficient in OR cases using a C-arm
• Must be flexible for weekend coverage as needed

Additional Information

• Performs diagnostic imaging across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient departments
• OR imaging with C-arm is a core component of this role
• Black scrubs required; OR scrubs are provided when assigned to the OR
