American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of IR experience for a day shift contract at a Level III Trauma Center and teaching hospital.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital with 733 staffed beds, designated as a Level III Trauma Center and teaching facility
• Interventional Radiology unit
• 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekends and call shifts required
• Any missed scheduled shifts may be required to be made up at the manager's discretion
• Charting via Epic
• Floating within scope or to like units may be required to meet facility needs
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
• ARRT certification required
• Valid state or compact license required; pending licenses not accepted — license required if applicable
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the main campus to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Scrubs provided
• Pre-start online modules required (estimated 4–10 hours)
• RTO is subject to manager's discretion, with a general maximum of 4 days
• Only 1 holiday request may be approved per contract
• Travelers who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 1 year before returning
• Travelers are limited to 2 consecutive contracts (one extension) before being required to be away for at least 6 months
