American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/IR Technologist for a 13-week assignment at an acute care Level II Trauma hospital, with 4x10-hour day shifts and on-call requirements including STEMI response.

Details

• Work in a Cath Lab/IR setting at a 360-bed acute care Level II Trauma hospital
• Caseload of 8–12 cases
• 4x10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call required, averaging approximately 7–10 days per month
• STEMI Call team must respond within 30 minutes of activation
• One full weekend of call required per month
• No floating between units required
• Charting via Cerner and McKesson

Requirements

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ARRT certification required, or RCIS with IR experience
• MD state license required if applicable
• IR experience required if holding RCIS credential
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Performs cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures
• This facility has a strict no-tobacco/nicotine policy and tests for nicotine and cotinine — candidates who use any form of nicotine (cigarettes, vapes, patches, gum, etc.) will not be eligible for this position
• Scrubs are provided
