Description

American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist with at least 2 years of OR experience and the ability to scrub a wide range of surgical specialties for a hospital OR position.

Details

• Hospital OR setting with 11 operating rooms
• Adult to geriatric patient population
• Scrubbing required across General, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, GYN, GU, and Robotics cases
• Endovascular experience is preferred but not required
• 1:1 scrub-to-room ratio
• Rotating Day/Mid shifts on a 3x12 schedule, with hours of 9:00–21:30 or 11:00–23:30
• On-call is required, including weekends
• Up to 4 weekend shifts required, which may be call or working shifts
• Floating within specialty as needed
• Holiday coverage required as scheduled

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of OR/Surgical Tech experience
• Demonstrated ability to scrub General, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, GYN, GU, and Robotics cases
• BLS certification required
• CST certification required
• License required if applicable

• Scrub for a broad range of surgical specialties in a busy hospital OR environment
• Must be comfortable with on-call responsibilities, including weekend call shifts
• RTO requests must be disclosed at the time of initial consideration
