American Traveler seeks a Radiation Therapist for a hospital-based Radiation Oncology clinic with experience in mid-to-large hospital settings and Varian linear accelerator equipment.

Details

• Work in a hospital-based Radiation Oncology cancer center
• High-volume setting treating 64–68 patients per day across two treatment units
• Equipment includes two Varian linear accelerators: TrueBeam and EDGE
• Uses ARIA record and verify system (upgrading to v18.1)
• Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, with shift times varying between 8:00am–5:30pm
• 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• No weekends or on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active Radiation Therapist license required if applicable
• Experience in mid-to-large hospital settings required
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
• Experience with Varian linear accelerators preferred
• Experience with ARIA record and verify system preferred

Additional Information

• Therapists must be comfortable managing a high patient volume with two active treatment units
• Strong multitasking and independent clinical judgment are essential in this role
