American Traveler is hiring a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist with strong peripheral IR skills and preferred neuro interventional experience for a 13-week assignment in Johnson City, TN.

Details

• Interventional Radiology unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Procedures include peripheral vascular cases, neuro interventional (stroke), PE thrombectomy/lysis, and trauma bleed embolization
• 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with rotating days off
• On-call requirement of approximately 8 days per month, including every 3rd weekend and one weekday per week
• Must be available to clock in within 30 minutes of being called in while on call

Requirements

• Active ARRT Interventional Technologist certification required
• AHA BLS required (AHA-issued only)
• Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with C-arm and sterile procedural technique in peripheral IR cases
• Neuro interventional experience highly preferred
• Two supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• License required if applicable
• Candidate's permanent residence must be 100+ miles from the facility's service area — local candidates are not accepted

• General orientation begins on Mondays and includes online computer-based learning (CBLs)
