Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with 2+ years of experience and active CA licensure for a 13-week travel assignment in an outpatient imaging and mammography center.

Details

• Outpatient imaging and mammography center setting
• Standard schedule is 5x8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Rotating weekend schedule is Tuesday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with Monday off
• Every other weekend required, approximately 1 Saturday per month

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of mammography technologist experience required
• Active ARRT certification required
• Current BLS required
• CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) required
• California State Mammography Licensure (certification by the California Department of Health Services) required — license required if applicable
• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology required

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
• Former employees or travelers must have been away from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved during the contract
• 2 supervisor references from within the past two years are required for consideration
• Copies of all certifications are required for consideration
