American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) with 2+ years of experience and Epic proficiency for a night shift contract at an acute care hospital in Florida.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting in an X-Ray department
• 5x8-hour night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekends and holidays required only if included in the blocked schedule
• Floating to sister facilities may be required within clinical scope

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of X-Ray experience required
• Experience in a trauma hospital setting required for first-time travelers to be considered
• ARRT (R), BLS, and active state license required; license required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience required
• 2 professional references from authority figures (Manager, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director) within the last year required for consideration
• All RTO requests must be finalized and submitted at time of consideration, as RTO will not be accepted after an offer is made

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are accepted provided they have trauma hospital experience
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must wait 1 year after leaving before being eligible to return
• Flu vaccine is required between October 31 and March 31; medical and religious exemptions are accepted
• Scrubs must be a single solid color with no logos or prints; tops and bottoms must match
• Free parking is available with a decal provided at orientation
• Time and attendance is tracked via Kronos using a badge swipe system
