American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with experience in C-sections and OB/GYN surgical settings for a night shift hospital position in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Details

• 13-week contract at a hospital surgical services unit
• Primarily performs the surgical tech role for Cesarean sections (C-sections)
• Also assists with vaginal deliveries and provides patient care duties on the unit, including vital signs and infant hearing screens
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Requirements

• CST certification required
• OB/surgical tech experience required, with a focus on C-sections
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

Additional Information

• Scrub into C-section cases as the primary surgical technologist
• Assist with vaginal deliveries as needed
• Provide unit-based patient care including obtaining vital signs and performing infant hearing screens
• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
