American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Technician with a minimum of 2 years of interventional/diagnostic cath lab experience for a 13-week contract at an acute care hospital in Georgia.

Details

• Cardiac Cath Lab setting within an acute care hospital
• Procedures include Left Heart Cath, High Risk PCI, Right Heart Cath, Pacemakers, Peripheral Procedures, Structural Heart, ECMO, and EKOS
• 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–5:15 PM
• No on-call required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of interventional/diagnostic cath lab experience required
• Associate degree in Health Science or completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology or Radiology program required
• Current AHA BLS required
• ARRT or RCIS certification required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Driver's License required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Responsible for a full range of procedures including Left Heart Cath, High Risk PCI, Right Heart Cath, Pacemaker implantation, Peripheral Procedures, Structural Heart interventions, ECMO, and EKOS
• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before being considered
• All RTO requests must be submitted upfront prior to offer acceptance — requests cannot be made after an offer is extended
