Description

American Traveler is seeking an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with 2+ years of experience and RDCS or RCS certification for a 13-week travel assignment in California.

Details

• Multi-campus health system setting, with potential floating between campuses as needed
• Procedures include transthoracic echocardiograms, exercise and Dobutamine stress echo, transesophageal echocardiograms, and bubble and contrast studies
• 5x8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with variable start times between 7:15 AM and 8:30 AM
• On-call may be required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Echo/Cardiac Sonographer experience
• RDCS or RCS certification required
• Current BLS required
• CA license required if applicable
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
• 2 supervisor references from within the past two years required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Only one holiday off request will be approved during the contract
