American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in a hospital-based CT Scan department, requiring 2+ years of experience with trauma and strong IV skills.

Details

• CT Scan department within a 250-bed acute care hospital
• Patient population includes ED, inpatient, outpatient, trauma, and stroke patients
• Canon and Hitachi CT scanners with Acist injectors
• Epic EMR
• Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM (4x10 shifts)
• Weekend and weekday call rotation required
• 8-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent CT Scan experience
• Active BLS and ARRT RT(R)(CT) certifications required
• Hospital-based and trauma experience required
• Strong IV skills required
• Experience with cardiac CTA and other advanced CT procedures preferred
• Active license required if applicable
• US SSN required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Perform CT imaging for a diverse patient population including ED, trauma, stroke, inpatient, and outpatient cases
• Preferred experience includes procedural CT and cardiac CTA
• Charcoal grey scrubs required
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible to apply but may be subject to a reduced pay rate
• EKG testing is required as part of the evaluation process; candidates have 2 attempts, and those who do not pass may reapply after 30 days
