Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a part-time, weekend-only Pediatric Operating Room position at a children's hospital, requiring pediatric surgical experience including neonates and infants.

Details

• Part-time weekend schedule: Saturday and Sunday only, day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 2x12-hour shifts)
• Pediatric hospital setting within a major children's health system in Atlanta, GA
• Pediatric OR patient population, including neonates and infants
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Epic EMR; prior experience preferred

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license, currently in hand — pending licensure is not accepted
• Current BLS and PALS (American Heart Association) certifications required and must be active at time of consideration — pending certifications are not accepted
• CNOR certification preferred
• Pediatric OR experience required, including experience with neonates and infants
• Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience preferred
• Recent travel nursing experience preferred
• Two professional references from a supervisor level or higher, completed within the last 12 months, required for consideration
• Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration
