American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool position at a Level II Trauma and Stroke Center, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and active MO or Compact RN license.

• Position is within the Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool of a 352-bed acute care hospital
• The facility is a Level II Trauma Center and Level II Stroke Center
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Charting is performed using Epic
• Free parking is available on-site
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license for Missouri or a Compact state license required; pending license is acceptable but must be in hand prior to start
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• BSN preferred
• Proficiency in IV line placement and lab draws required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Float pool assignment covering Med/Surg and Telemetry units
• Epic EMR experience is beneficial given the charting system in use
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted but at a reduced rate
