American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a GI/Endoscopy position at an outpatient gastroenterology clinic, requiring Epic proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

• Outpatient gastroenterology clinic setting specializing in endoscopy procedures
• Endoscopy unit focused on pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery of patients
• Day shift schedule: 3x8-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Every other weekend required
• 13-week contract
• Charting via Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active NC or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required and must be in hand
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered
• Epic EMR experience required
• 1 supervisory professional reference from within the last year required for consideration
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions or declinations accepted

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery care for endoscopy patients
• Orientations are held bi-weekly
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Local candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are welcome to apply but are subject to a reduced pay rate
