American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Transplant Coordinator role specializing in kidney-pancreas transplants, requiring prior travel assignment experience and a DC RN license.

Details

• Transplant unit setting within a hospital environment
• Serves as Transplant Coordinator for kidney-pancreas organ transplant patients
• Clinic or acute inpatient med/surg patient population
• Day shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• No floating required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active DC RN license required; pending DC license accepted but must be in hand prior to start
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic or acute inpatient med/surg settings
• Completion of at least one prior travel assignment required
• Flu vaccination required

• Candidates located within 60 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
