American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an on-call Hospice position serving multiple counties in Kentucky, requiring a minimum of 1 year of hospice experience and an active KY or compact RN license.

Details

• Fully on-call hospice RN role serving Washington, Marion, Taylor, Green, and Adair counties in Kentucky
• Patient caseload of 15–20 patients
• Alternating on-call schedule — Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri 5p–8a; Sat, Sun 2p–8a | Week 2: Wed, Thu 5p–8a
• Block scheduling cannot be accommodated
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active KY or compact RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses accepted)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of hospice nursing experience required
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration

• Provide on-call hospice nursing care across a multi-county service area in Kentucky
• Local candidates are welcome to apply
• First-time travelers are not preferred for this position
• Time off during the contract is discouraged; if RTO is taken, the contract may be extended by an equivalent number of days to fulfill the full working timeframe
