American Traveler is hiring an MFM Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with a minimum of 3 years of OB ultrasound experience to perform diagnostic imaging on high-risk pregnancies in a Maternal-Fetal Medicine setting in Mountain View, CA.

Details

• Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) outpatient setting specializing in high-risk obstetric imaging
• Patient population spans 1st through 3rd trimester high-risk pregnancies
• Scans performed include NT, 1st trimester, biophysical profile (BPP), detailed Level II anatomy surveys, twin and triplet evaluations, umbilical artery Doppler, middle cerebral artery (MCA) Doppler, and transvaginal ultrasound
• 5x8-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM with variable days

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of OB ultrasound experience required
• Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• CA sonography license required if applicable
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel pay rate
• 2 supervisor references from within the past two years required for consideration
• Copies of all certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

• Performs routine and specialized sonography procedures to produce diagnostic-quality images for physician review and patient care
• Previous employees must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Only one holiday RTO request will be approved during the contract
