Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in mammography specifically
• Active mammography license required, if applicable
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment, unless documented renewal is scheduled
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs are not accepted
• No gaps in employment of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Up to 5 days of RTO is permitted but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local contract policy limiting placement to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at the same facility; after that, candidates must separate from the facility for a minimum of 1 year or transition to a facility outside the 50-mile radius
