Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract requiring ARRT (R) certification and the ability to take call within 30 minutes of the facility.

Details

• Interventional Radiology unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Schedule options include 4x10-hour shifts (9:00 AM–7:30 PM) or 5x8-hour shifts (11:00 AM–7:30 PM)
• Call requirement of one night per week from 7:00 PM–6:30 AM and one weekend every four weeks from Friday 7:00 PM through Monday 6:30 AM
• Candidates must reside or temporarily relocate within 30 minutes of the facility to be eligible for call coverage
• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are considered local

Requirements

• ARRT (R) certification required and must be in hand at time of consideration
• BLS and ACLS required by start date
• NJ State Radiography License required if applicable (typically takes 1–2 weeks to obtain)
• Must be able to reside or temporarily relocate within 30 minutes of the facility for call coverage
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster required; no medical or religious exemptions are accepted

• Perform interventional radiology procedures in a dedicated IR unit
• 13-week contract assignment
