American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with NMTCB or ARRT registration, Epic experience, and a COVID vaccination requirement for a 13-week hospital-based assignment in Oregon.

Details

• Hospital-based Nuclear Medicine department
• Performs nuclear medicine procedures in compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• 4x10 hour day shifts; schedule varies between 6:30 AM–5:00 PM and 8:15 AM–6:45 PM depending on day
• On-call required after department closes until it reopens, approximately 7 days per month (on-call shifts are typically not busy)
• May float to a nearby sister hospital

Requirements

• Current registration in Nuclear Medicine with either NMTCB or ARRT required
• Active Oregon (OBMI) license required; pending licensure is not accepted — license required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience required; no exceptions
• BLS (AHA) required
• ACLS required
• Must be capable of operating nuclear medicine gamma cameras, probe and computer systems, film processors, survey meters, and other technical support devices
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience required
• COVID vaccination required; no exemptions

Additional Information

• Performs nuclear medicine procedures in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
• Must pass a Basic Cardiac Monitoring class within 4 months of hire (offered on-site)

• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been gone for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
• RTO requests are strict — all time-off requests must be submitted upfront and cannot be modified after the profile has been sent for review; additional requests may result in cancellation
