American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Home Health position in Wisconsin, requiring OASIS and HCHB experience with at least 1 year of recent home health nursing experience.

Details

• Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
• Average caseload of 5–7 patients per day
• Minimum of 30 points required weekly
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–17:00)
• On-call responsibilities are required; details to be discussed during the interview
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office; flexibility with territory is expected
• EMR: HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) — experience required
• iPad provided for charting and field use

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent home health nursing experience required
• OASIS experience required
• HCHB EMR experience required
• First-time travelers are not eligible for this position
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provides skilled nursing care to geriatric home health patients across an assigned territory
• All charting must be completed by 9:00 AM the following morning
• Timely communication is expected throughout the assignment
• Scrubs required in any color; jeans are not permitted
• Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
• Local candidates are accepted and are eligible for the travel pay rate
