Requirements

CMD (Certified Medical Dosimetrist) certification required
Current BLS/BCLS certification required
Minimum of 3 years of dosimetry experience required
Experience with Eclipse Treatment Planning System required
CA license required if applicable
SSN and date of birth required for consideration
