Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 2+ years of CT experience and active VA licensure for a 13-week travel contract in an acute care hospital setting.

Details

• Hospital-based CT department serving inpatient and Emergency Room patient populations
• Must be well-versed in a broad range of CT cases
• GE Revolution Apex and Siemens Definition AS scanners are used; experience with either is preferred
• EMR is Epic (Radiant module); experience is preferred
• 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Holidays are incorporated into the regular schedule
• Float to nearby sister facilities may be required on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• Active VA license required at time of consideration
• Current BLS (AHA) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience preferred
• Strong IV skills preferred
• Experience with GE Revolution Apex or Siemens Definition AS equipment preferred
• Epic Radiant experience preferred

Additional Information

• Perform a full range of CT imaging studies across inpatient and emergency room populations
• Orientation is 1 week
• Black scrubs are required
