American Traveler is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Fort Wayne, IN, requiring inpatient and critical care experience with proficiency on 1.5T and 3T scanners.

Details

• MRI Imaging department in an acute care hospital setting
• Inpatient and critical care patient population
• Evening shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Scanners include 1.5T Siemens Sola, 3T Toshiba/Canon, and 1.25T Open Fuji/Hitachi
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent MRI Technologist experience required
• RT(R) with appropriate MRI experience accepted; RT(R)(MR) preferred
• Inpatient and critical care experience required
• Current BLS required
• License required if applicable
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Additional Information

• Staff-level MRI Technologist role responsible for performing MRI scans across inpatient and critical care populations
• Scrub color: teal and black
• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
