American Traveler is hiring an EEG Technologist with at least 1 year of experience to perform routine and specialized neurological diagnostic testing on night shifts.

Details

• 13-week contract at an acute care hospital in Sacramento, CA
• 3x12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekend rotation

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of EEG Technologist experience
• Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.) certification required
• Current BLS certification
• CA license required if applicable
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
• 2 supervisor references from within the past two years required for consideration
• Copies of all certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

• Performs routine and specialized non-invasive neurological tests as ordered by the physician for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and injury or disease prevention
• Works independently, exercising sound clinical judgment to execute safe and precise procedures and deliver accurate results in a timely manner
• Engages patients, their families, and other healthcare providers through thorough assessment, attentive monitoring, and clear communication
• Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved during the contract
