American Traveler seeks a licensed Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with 2+ years of multi-specialty OR experience for a 13-week outpatient surgical position in Virginia.

Details

• Outpatient surgical pavilion setting with 6 OR rooms — no inpatient or overnight cases
• Surgical specialties include General, GYN, Breast/Plastics, Urology, Orthopedics, and Podiatry
• L&D procedures include bilateral tubal ligation, dilation & curettage, laparoscopic-assisted gynecological procedures, and vulvectomy
• Day shift schedule, 5x8s, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Candidates should expect to stay late to finish rooms approximately 7–8 times per 6-week period

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technologist experience required
• Outpatient surgical experience required
• Proficiency in scrub role and aseptic technique
• Surgical skills required across General, Ortho, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, GYN, Plastics, Podiatry, and Breast specialties
• BLS certification required
• National certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required
• Virginia Board of Medicine (VA BOM) licensure required — license required if applicable
• PDF copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
• Any requested RTO must be submitted at the time of consideration — no RTO will be approved after offer
