American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a Level II Trauma Center and Stroke Center, requiring ARRT (CT) certification and proficiency with advanced CT equipment including 3D post-processing.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting within a 200-bed Level II Trauma Center and Stroke Center
• CT department imaging both hospital and clinic patients
• Performs diagnostic CT scans with required post-processing of images
• Equipment includes Toshiba Aquilion One, Siemens Definition Edge, Vital Fx Workstation, Tera Recon, and SyngoVia
• EMR: Epic/Radiant; PACS: McKesson
• Schedule consists of 3x12-hour weekend shifts; specific schedule to be discussed during interview
• Call and weekend holiday coverage required
• No floating to other units or departments
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board license required (license required if applicable)
• Proficiency with CT scanners, cross-sectional anatomy and physiology, and 3D post-processing for Ortho, Vascular, Cardiac, and Neuro
• Experience with various post-processing techniques
• Epic/Radiant EMR experience
• 2 current professional references required for consideration: 1 supervisor reference within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and 1 peer or supervisor reference from the position's specialty within the last 3 years
• Active certifications required at time of consideration — no pending certifications accepted

Additional Information

• Performs diagnostic CT scan imaging, exercises professional judgment in procedure performance, and ensures quality image production
• Responsible for 3D post-processing for Orthopedic, Vascular, Cardiac, and Neuro studies
• Provides patient care across all age groups and initiates life support measures as necessary
• 2-week orientation program provided
• Gray scrubs required
• Candidates who have previously worked at any Sanford Health location must disclose prior employment; a minimum 6-month gap between end date and submission date is required
• Candidates with a permanent address within 80 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
