American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 26-week travel assignment at a Level 1 trauma hospital, requiring a minimum of 2 years of IR experience and recent Epic proficiency.

Details

• Interventional Radiology unit at an academic Level 1 trauma center
• Primarily adult patient population
• 8-hour day shifts, typically 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Monday through Sunday schedule
• Call required, with potential for additional call based on department needs
• Epic EMR used

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
• Current BLS and ARRT certification required
• Epic experience within the past 24 months is required and non-negotiable
• Level 1 trauma experience required
• Two professional references required — at least one from a supervisor or nurse manager within the past 6 months, and one from within the past year
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• License required if applicable — Vermont licensure not required at time of submission; candidates with a NY license pending approval will be considered with proof of pending licensure included

Additional Information

• Bi-weekly orientations held on Mondays
• No block schedules permitted for any reason
• Public transportation is not accessible in this area — a personal or rental vehicle with all-season or snow tires (November through April) is strongly recommended
• COVID and flu vaccination declinations are accepted with appropriate documentation
• All work history must be complete, including bed count, EMR, and facility type; employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
