Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with at least 5 years of experience and expertise in pediatric surgical service lines for a hospital Pediatric OR position in Washington state.

Details

• Work in a hospital Pediatric OR with 8 operating rooms
• Pediatric surgical patient population
• 12-hour day shifts, 0645–1915
• 36 hours per week
• No floating required
• No weekend rotation required
• On-call is optional
• Holiday coverage is optional

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of surgical technologist experience
• Expertise in scrubbing at least 2 pediatric surgical service lines, such as ENT and orthopedics
• CST certification required
• Washington state surgical technologist license required if applicable
• BLS certification required

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• At least one reference is required for initial consideration; a second reference from a supervisor or above (Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, etc.) will be required prior to start
• License verification may be submitted with a pending license, provided proof of application is included
