American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with Level 1 Trauma experience and ARRT RT(R)(CT) certification for a 13-week travel assignment at a Magnet-designated, Level 1 Trauma teaching hospital.

Details

• Work in a CT Scan department within an 865-bed Magnet-designated, Level 1 Trauma teaching hospital
• Caseload varies per shift and location
• Schedule is 3x12-hour day shifts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Holiday rotation is required
• On-call is not required
• Floating within clinical scope to sister facilities is required
• Charting via Epic

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of Level 1 Trauma experience required; 1 year of CT experience preferred
• Current BLS (AHA only), ARRT RT(R)(CT), and SCRQSA (R)(CT) required
• Experience with Siemens CT equipment required
• SC license required if applicable — pending licenses are not accepted and must be in hand at time of start
• SSN and Driver's License required for consideration
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Candidate must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates; local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Agency must supply a personal radiation badge — the facility does not provide radiation badges to travelers

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are accepted provided they have relevant prior experience
• Previous permanent or PRN staff at any facility location must have been separated from the system for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
• All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission; approval is subject to manager and unit needs
• Orientation modules are completed prior to the start date
• Scrub color is teal top and black bottom
• Parking is free on days; a one-time $20 parking pass fee applies for nights and weekends
