Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for a Breast Imaging department, requiring ARRT (Mammography) certification, active MA licensure, and a minimum of 18 months of mammography experience.

Details

• Breast Imaging / Mammography department setting
• 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
• No weekends and no major holiday coverage required
• No on-call requirement

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of experience in a mammography or breast imaging setting
• Active ARRT certification with Mammography designation required
• Active BLS certification required
• Active MA state license required (license required if applicable)
• Level 1 Trauma Hospital experience required
• 2 professional references required for consideration, at least one from a manager-level or above (supervisor title not accepted), with one evaluation within the last 12 months and the other within the last 3 years; references from other travelers are not accepted

Additional Information

• Previous travelers who have worked at this facility are not eligible for this position
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
• A preference is given to candidates who can provide at least one reference from a recent temporary or travel assignment
