American Traveler is hiring a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Level I Trauma Center academic medical center, requiring at least 1 year of IR experience and coverage across two campuses.

Details

• Work in the Interventional Radiology unit of a large, short-term acute care Level I Trauma Center and academic medical center with 1,500+ staffed beds
• Bi-campus coverage required across two hospital campuses
• 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Charting performed in Epic
• No weekend requirement
• No on-call requirement

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
• ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required
• Trauma center experience at a large facility required
• License required if applicable — pending license accepted, but must be active prior to start date
• Must be able to provide bi-campus coverage per facility needs
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 2 years to be eligible as a traveler
• RTO exceeding 7 days requires facility approval
• Flu vaccine is required — declinations are not accepted
• COVID vaccine and booster required; religious or medical exemptions may be considered
• Misty Green OR scrubs are provided by the facility
