American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for a 26-week night shift assignment at an academic teaching hospital, requiring Epic proficiency and ARRT or ARMRIT MR advanced licensure.

Details

• Imaging department at an academic teaching hospital
• 12-hour night shifts
• Schedule runs Monday through Sunday with 1–2 weekends per month required
• No block scheduling available
• No on-call required

Requirements

• ARRT or ARMRIT MR advanced licensure required
• Current BLS required
• Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience
• Epic experience within the past 2 years required (non-negotiable)
• Philips MRI experience required; strong candidates without may be considered
• Academic teaching hospital experience required
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Two supervisory or manager references required, with at least one from the past 6 months and one from within the past year
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Bi-weekly orientations begin on Mondays
• Public transportation is not accessible in this area — a personal or rental vehicle is strongly recommended
• Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November through April
• All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
• Complete work history including bed count, EMR, and facility type is required for consideration
• Candidates with a NY license pending may be considered with proof of pending licensure included
