Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with OR experience for a 13-week travel assignment in a busy hospital OR in Denver, CO, with transplant or spine experience highly preferred.

Details

• Hospital OR setting with 16 operating rooms located on the 2nd floor
• Main OR unit performing a wide variety of cases including total joints, spine, transplants (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics
• Day shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Night and weekend call required, with a 30-minute response time and approximately 8–12 call shifts per 8-week period
• EMR: Meditech

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CST experience required; 3+ years preferred
• NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• Colorado DORA state license required (license required if applicable)
• Transplant or spine OR experience strongly preferred
• Active certifications required with no expiration within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration — no Canadian SSNs accepted
• One professional reference required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in this role
