American Traveler is seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist II with ARRT and BLS to deliver advanced radiation oncology care on day shifts.

Details

• Work in a hospital radiation oncology department
• Performs advanced procedures including SBRT, SRS, and complex CT simulations
• Monday to Friday day shifts, 8am to 4:30pm
• No on-call requirements
• Uses EPIC and ARIA electronic medical records
• Must reside outside a 60 mile radius

Requirements

• Active ARRT (T) certification and Ohio State license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical radiation therapy experience
• Demonstrated competency in CT simulation and SRS/SBRT delivery; Brainlab experience preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of travel experience
• Completion of Radiation Therapist II Competency Advancement Checklist

Additional Information

• Responsible for setup, delivery, and monitoring of advanced radiation therapy treatments
• Supports training for students and new staff
• Participates in daily equipment quality assurance and coordinates service needs
• Contributes to departmental competency, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives
• Participates in incident learning, peer review, and charge reconciliation as needed
• Stays current with emerging technologies within the field
