Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience for a busy OR setting handling diverse surgical cases.

Details

• Work in a large, high-tech OR with 26 suites serving both inpatient and outpatient populations
• Patient population includes neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric cases
• Services provided include ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery
• Various shift options are available, with 4–5 additional off-shift or on-call obligations per 13-week contract
• On-call requirements may include weekday nights and weekend day/night shifts

Requirements

• CST certification required
• National certification required
• BLS certification required
• Must apply for NH Med Tech upon acceptance
• Active license required if applicable
• Must have recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience within the last 2 years
• 75-mile radius rule applies—no local candidates accepted

Additional Information

• Assist with a wide range of surgical procedures, including advanced specialties such as robotics and cardiac surgery
• Work across a multidisciplinary surgical team supporting both scheduled and emergent cases
• Flexibility is needed for off-shift and on-call obligations
• Be prepared to work with patients of all age groups in both inpatient and outpatient settings
