American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for an outpatient imaging center, requiring ARRT (MR) and New York licensure.

• Work in a full-service outpatient imaging center
• Shift is 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
• Primarily adult patients, with occasional pediatric cases
• Procedures include routine MRI and cardiac MRI scans
• Equipment includes a GE 1.5T MRI scanner
• Uses Epic and Carestream EMR systems

Requirements

• Current NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License and New York injection license required if applicable
• Certification as R.T. (R) (MR) through ARRT
• Current BLS certification (AHA only accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years MRI technologist experience
• Experience with adult and occasional pediatric patients
• Familiarity with Epic and Carestream is preferred

• Any color scrubs are acceptable
• Local candidates within 60 miles are eligible at a reduced rate
• Two professional references from the past year in the specialty required
• Required to complete facility-specific online training modules before assignment
• Candidates with prior employment at Northwell or Nuvance locations may require additional review for eligibility
