Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist for evening/night shifts, requiring ARRT registration, BLS certification, and recent Level 1 or 2 trauma experience.

Details

• Position is in a radiology department of a Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma setting
• Evening and night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Rotating weekends and on-call required
• Duties include performing radiologic examinations and assisting with patient flow and departmental clerical tasks

Requirements

• Completion of a Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT registered or registry eligible
• BLS certification required
• Current registration with the New Hampshire Board of Registration for Medical Technicians
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience within the past 2 years
• Knowledge of standard radiologic terminology required
• License required if applicable
• No local candidates; must live at least 75 miles from the facility

Additional Information

• Responsible for pre-exam processing, conducting exams, and post-exam documentation
• Maintains cleanliness of rooms, machines, and cassettes, and manages supply inventory
• Expected to assist with other departmental duties as assigned
