Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a day shift assignment requiring at least 2 years of ultrasound experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

Details

• Work in a general ultrasound department
• Day shift schedule with five 8-hour shifts, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state as needed
• Epic EMR is used and experience with this system is required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an ultrasound technologist
• Required certifications must be current and provided for consideration
• Epic EMR experience is required
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references from the last 3 years in a similar setting are required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and cannot submit within 50 miles of their previous workplace
• Minimal or no RTO preferred; excessive requests may impact consideration
• Requested time off must be discussed at the time of application and cannot be guaranteed after offer
• Travelers must be flexible and willing to float as refusal to float could result in termination
• References must be supervisory and recent, covering one year in a comparable specialty or setting
