American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with an active AZ license, ARRT(R) certification, and 3+ years of experience to join a diagnostic imaging team for night shifts.

Details

• Work in a rural hospital providing both inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging services
• Responsible for operating radiologic x-ray equipment and processing radiographic images
• Patient population includes internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics, surgery, anesthesiology, urology, psychiatry, and ENT cases
• Night shift schedule of Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 4x10 hour shifts
• Utilize teleradiology and fax equipment as part of routine workflow
• Assignment duration of 13 weeks

Requirements

• Active Arizona license in Radiology (R) required if applicable
• ARRT(R) certification required
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Completion of radiology training from an AMA approved school required
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the radiology field required
• Expertise in operating teleradiology and fax equipment required
• Fingerprint clearance must be completed prior to start

• Provides diagnostic and therapeutic imaging across multiple specialties including orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, and emergency services
• Works in a culturally diverse environment serving a large Native American community
• Orientation is offered every two weeks
