Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cardiovascular Interventional Specialist with 3+ years of Cath Lab or EP Lab experience and active CT Radiographer license or RCIS certification.

Details

• Hospital-based cardiac catheterization lab setting
• Covers cardiovascular, neuro, structural heart, and electrophysiology cases
• 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with variable starts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• On-call required: one weekday night and one weekend per month
• Familiarity with Siemens equipment is preferred

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP Lab
• Current CT Radiographer license and/or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification required
• BLS certification required; AHA certification only accepted
• License required if applicable
• Experience with cardiovascular, neuro, structural, and EP procedures in the cath lab

Additional Information

• Candidates must provide two positive professional references from a manager or above in the past year
• Local candidates within 60 miles are accepted at a reduced rate
• Candidates with expiring certifications during the assignment must provide renewal receipts or scheduled course dates for renewal
• Scrub attire is required
• Teamwork with physicians and other healthcare professionals expected
