American Traveler is seeking a Surgical Technician First Assist with expertise in neuro, ortho, robotics, and general surgery for a 13-week travel assignment.

Details

• Work in a hospital surgical services setting covering specialties including neuro, ortho, robotics, general surgery, GYN, uro, head and neck, and colorectal cases
• 12-hour day shifts with minimum 2 weekday call shifts and 1 weekend call per month
• Holiday and hurricane call may be required depending on need
• Floating may be required to affiliated North facilities

Requirements

• Minimum of experience in neuro, ortho, robotics, general surgery, and related specialties
• Certified Surgical Technologist First Assist (CST FA) credential required
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Must be willing to participate in call coverage including holidays and emergency weather events
• Return travelers must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before consideration
• Travelers must have a permanent address at least 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel status
• Proof of COVID vaccination required prior to start
