American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 5 years of experience and strong cardiac and interventional radiology skills to serve as a preceptor.

Details

• Work in a catheterization lab setting
• Day shift schedule with 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• No call and no weekend shifts
• Strictly a precepting role for training and onboarding new staff
• Potential to float to an affiliated nearby hospital as needed
• Epic charting system experience is required

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Current ARRT credential and OMBI license required prior to start
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Significant experience with cardiac and interventional radiology procedures required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required with no exemptions permitted
• Active Oregon license required if applicable
• Two manager or supervisor references from the last 24 months, or within 3-5 years with documentation if not available

Additional Information

• Will serve as a preceptor for orientation and training of Cath Lab staff
• Candidates may be required to float to affiliate locations as needed
• Return staff must have been gone for at least 6 months to be eligible
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
• RTO must be declared at the time of application and cannot exceed 2 weeks
• Scrub attire as per department policy
