American Traveler is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist with endovascular and vascular expertise for a CVOR Tech role.

Details

• Position is based in a hospital hybrid endovascular surgical suite
• Focus on vascular and endovascular cases in a dedicated CVOR unit; cardiac OR not included
• Schedule consists of 12-hour day shifts (6:00-19:00), three days per week
• Weekend and call coverage required, including 1 weekend per month and 1 weekday call per week
• Charting is completed using Epic EMR
• Floating within scope to similar units may be required based on unit needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent specialty experience with endovascular cases
• Demonstrated ability to independently scrub all vascular and endovascular cases
• BLS certification required
• DORA certification required
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are accepted if experience requirements are met
• Must be able to respond to large emergency endovascular cases as part of call duties
• Scrub color is navy blue
• RTO up to 10 days may be approved, but not during blackout dates (March 14–21, May 8–11, May 21–27, June 28–July 9)
• Local candidates are considered if residing within 75 miles
